Our notebooks have 150 or 200 pages (including the covers) and are printed on quality 110-gram Amber Graphic paper. The two smaller sizes come with protective Polypropylene (PP) plastic sheets around the cover and a moveable ruler. We always include a sheet of stickers with your order that will help make planning even more fun. The A5 notebook also includes a moveable plastic pocket.
